Hst Life was founded by two guys from the small Asian country of Vietnam, Dinh Vo and Vinh Pham. They met in a very casual way: Vinh Pham visited a local barbershop in Cypress, Houston, where Dinh Vo, a professional barber, had been working for years. While getting a haircut, they started chatting and discovered they had both attended the same high school in Vietnam. Realizing they had a lot in common and really "clicked," they became friends.
During a road trip to New Orleans with another friend, Minh Pham, the three stopped at a roadside burger joint. There, Dinh Vo came up with an idea: why not create something together? Seeing the potential in Barber hair capes and combining that with Vinh Pham's experience in building an e-commerce brand, Hust Life was born.
