I've been cutting my own hair for a few years and it finally came to me that instead of having t-shirts full of hair, I should get a barber cape. So I got this one. It is smooth, easy to wash, lightweight, and it would be perfect except for one thing: it is longer on one side than the other. Why couldn't they make a cape that is full-length all the way around? Otherwise it is great. The elastic goes around the neck and is adjustable, and prevents those little hairs from getting in and making me itchy. One other thing- many have complained in their reviews about the clips to fasten the cape together, saying they are uneven. As another reviewer pointed out, the two metal clips are not supposed to be attached to each other. The clips go over the elastic neckband, one on each side so that you can adjust the neck opening.

The cape is big enough to cover the entire body of a taller or bigger person. The material is durable and easy to dust the hair off . The brush is soft and gets the job done

I am a professional stylist and I have been nervous about purchasing capes online after a few disappointing buys, but these are wonderful! Fully adjustable for any neck size, they also lay perfectly flat for cutting, so I don’t have to fuss with the seem when trying to get a nice even cut and the fabric is quality, definitely recommend!

I used my barber/salon cape to color my hair and it literally covered my whole body.
Except for the clip that came with it, (you have to really adjust it but I used my own clip to solve the issue) it’s very functional and did its job. The set of barber combs and hair brush were pure bonus.
